An Invitation to Wholeness
"The transcendent function is not something one does oneself;
it comes rather from experiencing the conflict of opposites."
(Letters, vol. 1, p. 269) ~ Carl Jung
I offer a genuine connection to my patients, which I believe to be the heart of psychotherapy. Each individual is unique, and so is their purpose in seeking therapy. I prioritize the relationship with individuals above any tool, or technique. As a result, I have seen my patients change and have witnessed their transformation.
I have worked with patients who have suffered tremendously—many for most of their lives. It is also a privilege to serve those who are simply stuck and have difficulty taking the next step in life. I consider it an honor to help guide individuals into their own strength and wisdom.
My approach to therapy is primarily shaped by Carl Jung, Jon Kabat-Zinn, and Marsha Linehan. In addition to my focus on connection, I am professionally trained to offer evidence-based treatments.
